Welcome, and thank you for your interest in Up&Up.

Up&Up uplifts brands that uplift people. Our primary market is higher education. We help our clients own their authentic brand, market their university or programs, and enhance their digital brand experiences to attract more of the right students. We’re a team of strategists, marketers, creatives, developers, and those that keep the back office running. It takes a very unique team to do what we do, and that’s why it takes a unique person to be part of our team.

Our teammates believe authentic people make up the best type of team—those who are the same at work as they are at home. We strive to create win-for-all opportunities—for our clients, our clients’ clients, our team, our families, and our community. The work we do impacts people’s lives, so we believe in being purposefully excellent in the work we do. And last, but certainly not least, we’re only interested in partnering with team members who are committed to being radically responsible—those that do what they say and who are beyond dependable.
